Do not get the crab au gratin. I got it last time, and it was lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. Plus the consistency was like a vanilla pudding. I was very disappointed.

The seafood Lasagna was good in flavor but had small Chinese shrimp in it.

I may get some pushback, but it is not what it was just two years ago. It is still good, and I would recommend going, but they may have to cut and slash elsewhere to make up for this horrible economy.

Get a piece of fish with crabmeat on it or the tournedos. Baked oyster app is solid too.

Look no further than Louisiana lagniappe, home of the fresh fish en papiotte, topped with a light garlic ber blanc. Owner and proprietor Kevin Ortego brings the taste and Ambiance' he has created at his Destin location right here to his hometown of Baton Rouge La.

Friend,

The best item(s) at Louisiana Lagniappe today are their hush puppies, which are reminiscent of those of Ralph & Kacoo’s during its heyday.

When in Destin, Dewey for shrimp, Ruth’s for steak, Donut Hole for donuts or a burger. No one in Destin knows what to do with fresh fish.

Yours,

Ate there last Friday.

Had their soup special which was a red pepper and crabmeat bisque. It was incredible.

The fish dish, drum topped with fried soft shell crawfish was greasy and barely edible.

Did that replace the fish topped with soft shell crab?

That was going to be my choice

No, it's a special (Cocodrie) that's on the menu as long as they can get the soft-shell crawfish. Pontchartrain has the fish & soft-shell crab.

Fish en pappiote or tournedous
Entree will dictate appetizer
If I’m getting the fish, I’m getting salad (sensation or Caesar) with fried oysters added
If I’m getting the beef, I’m getting the oysters lagniappe

The free sensation salad that comes with meals has no business being as good as it is.

I normally get the Fish in Papillote or Tournedos, but last time got Chipotle Shrimp and they were 10/10.

How did I forget this? We have similar tastes.

It's a shame Pandora's shut down.
