“Trump killed bipartisan bill that would have closed border”

When this was mentioned next Trump needs to talk about how the bill was bloated with spending on much more than just immigration issues and they need to pass a bill that deals only with immigration. or something to that effect.

It would have been a nice moment to mention that politicians need to offer clean bills.

It also did not close the border, it still allowed a heavy flow of Illegal immigrants. It was a horrible bill.

Not only this. When they say there was money in the bill to hire more border guards, make people understand that these new guards weren’t being hired to stop illegals, but to help process them faster!

So he needs to make stuff up knowing that the reason he killed the BIPARTISAN bill is because he needs that issue to win the election.

The only reason I can think of is that the focus group of the undecided or (D)-flips voters Trump is appealing to have no concept of policy and can only psychologically relate to very simple statistics and personal attacks, and that group spans across social and economic demographics in-total.
