Missouri SC rules Amendment 3 (right to abortion) be added to ballot

This Amendment would add the right to an abortion to their state constitution.
The Governor wanted it remove. Lower courts sided with the Governor. State Supreme Court saw it a different way.

The amendment reads in part: “The government shall not deny or infringe upon a person’s fundamental right to reproductive freedom, which is the right to make and carry out decisions about all matters relating to reproductive health care.”
Abortion is illegal in Missouri with limited exceptions for medical emergencies. If the amendment passes by a simple majority, it would legalize abortion up until the point of fetal viability and protect other reproductive rights, including birth control.

Were the proper state procedures followed to get it on the ballot?

I don't think that matters. An activist court can just dictate the result, too, if they don't like the way the voters vote.

There are a lot of ghouls in this country

Im fine with this
If you can walk into a voting booth and push a button for “yes, im fine with killing a baby” then thats between you and God when the time comes

Good. Let the people of Missouri decide if they want Abortion and to what degree.

Please define "fetal viability".

Define birth control. Most abortions are done as birth control for the convenience of the mother. Nothing more.

Why stop with a baby? Let's do it for family members, bosses, Governors and his chef!

I'm just curious why killing babies is okay, but you can't kill a murderer instantly on death row

Where were all these judges when women were being forced to take vaccines against their will under the threats of firings and jail time?

Typical government manipulation tactics. A completely ambiguous abortion amendment. The people who wrote that amendment and fought to get it included clearly don't want it to read "Amendment to make abortions legal in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester" because they know that would get shot down 80/20 split.

reproductive freedom
How the hell do they twist killing an unborn child just because a woman wants to as ‘reproductive freedom’? It’s sickening!

Define “most abortions”
Um... pretty much all of them. As in... nearly every single one kills a human being as form of birth control for nothing more than the convenience of the mother.

Agreed. And I honestly wouldn't mind if the same procedures that were used on an innocent baby (ripping them limb from limb while they are still alive to facilitate ease of removal) were used on a murderer. Or child molester.

And they call murdering fetuses healthcare. Don’t get me wrong there are instances where it is truly healthcare but the majority of abortions are strictly for convenience because the whores can’t keep their legs closed

If the legalization of rape were on the ballot, I'm sure people wouldn't react the same way as they act when a child is killed in the womb.
