Why the frick would we want to manipulate weather? Who's idea in Congress is it that this is a good idea today or was a good idea 80 years ago? It's like for 100 years we've been electing borderline retarded people, utterly fascinating.

For the millionth time.... cloud seeding is not a conspiracy. It's well documented and not used for weather control. It does manipulate the weather by causing moisture in the air to hopefully turn into rain/snow.
This is not government weather control as the crazies want it to be.

It's not all butterflies and rainbows either. I remember hearing about us weaponizing cloud seeding against the North Vietnamese in the 60s and 70s as part of Operation Popeye. I didn't realize that it predated that by 2 decades.

Cloud seeding for evil motives has been around for a while. No one in the government is going to honesty disclose anything, or be transparent about anything. Cloud seeding is part of "anything."

I read on TD about a year ago that it’s possible to manipulate jet streams in some manner but outlawed via international agreements.
Since our country and other major powers often break these agreements or get into grey areas, is there any belief it could be happening already?
Whenever I see places like Iran and China having weather events never before seen, it makes me wonder.

They tried to discredit people & destroy their reputation for speaking up about the weaponization of cloud seeding for a long time. "He's a conspiracy theorist, no credibility, etc." Then the narrative flipped. Most notably, for me, around the time it started to be used commercially in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, etc.
If they had the means to seed clouds in the 40s - Imagine what they can do 80+ years later.
Manmade Earth quakes/seismic activity is another interesting one that people have been/are coming forward about in more recent times. See the last paragraph in the screenshot I posted above. The Christchurch earthquake in 2011 is a fun rabbithole to go down.

The American Gov't used to seed clouds in Vietnam to create rain and did the same in the American South West. It is not an exact science but it is possible to create precipitation.
