If I recall, we lost the opener the last 2 years and I was promised we wouldn’t win an SEC game after it. But what do you know? The sun rose again and we managed to win a few games.

Losing Monday sucked but hardly sinks us this year or any year he has left here. He said judge us on year 3, not just week 1 of year 3.

Sure. He’s bringing in blue chip talent and the roster has gotten better each year.

The team has also played better as each season has gone on, which is what you need to make and then win a 12 team tournament.

He needs to figure out the season openers against good teams though. Those apparently aren’t going away.

That said, nothing is guaranteed anymore. Dabo was the next Saban a while back, now his team is middle of the pack in the ACC. Mike Norvell was the next big thing last year. Even Bama wanted him over DeBoer. FSU is 0-2 and looks like they’re going to have a .500 season.

UGA & Bama, unfortunately will continue to recruit at the Elite Level for the best players
The conference has become brutal with the additions of UT & OU
