Kelly is a fraud. Way overrated. His culture is soft lineman and poor play calling.

I am intrigued into the communication process or interaction between HC & AD after something like this.

One would assume there was a preseason meeting with expectations & set of SMART goals for the season. Is there a conversation after a loss for the 3rd straight year? If so, I wonder how each party conducts themselves or what is said.

I’m not entirely sure some of the defensive hires were a Kelly decision. It’s more than likely a Woodward decision. Within that same vein was it Woodward who forced out the defensive staff?

Why would he not mean business from the very beginning? How often does he have to say “I have to coach better?” Just go out and do it instead of acting like that.

It’s a hard call to make but I lean toward it being exactly how he felt at that moment in time. You play four quarters to win the game. He had his face in his hands and was wringing. He was getting more emotional with every question. He used the words ridiculous and crazy with emphasis. Never saw that side of him since he has been here. I was thinking we were going to win the game too up until we stalled at the end. Looked like he realized the work that should have been done already has actually not been done and that his entire planned schedule moving forward is now in flux to fix this shite. I imagine some assistants were the brunt of that wrath too.
