Can’t run anywhere without blocking

When the O line seemingly can't run block, and insistent on doing RPOs when Nuss is no threat to run, it doesn't matter

Considering the majority of LSU’s great backs were recruited and developed by him I say he’s pretty damn good.

Also have to have running back see the gap and patient enough for one to open up.

It’s tough to truly be a good or bad RB coach

Does he coach run blocking?

Does he call the plays?

There was entirely too much penetration right up the middle & not enough running lanes last night. I don't care how patient a RB is, they will not have many successful runs having to dodge immediate defenders in the backfield.

Clyde yes, Guice was recruited by Frank and played his freshman season under him till he took the mcneese job.

I think Frank is a great coach. My one criticism would be I wish we would feed the hot hand instead of forcing rotations. Early? Fine.

When one back is averaging 8 yds, and the other two are averaging 3… hand it to the guy averaging 8 ypc.

But not 100% positive that is even Frank’s doing.

He's hired for his recruiting ability of a certain area!
He has to have some sort of title.
