Play calling was suspect regarding the fact that our Oline wasn't up to the task of run-blocking. But still Kaleb was still underwhelming.

Jackson looked slow. Ran timid. Both he and Williams had poor games.

Actually, they’re pretty similar in styles. Not great vision, but big and fast as frick once they get going. KJ isn’t Lenny, obviously, but we’ve got to figure out a way to get him the ball with a head of steam like we did Lenny. He may not be the future All-America we all lead ourselves to believe, but he’s better than he looked last night. Scheme/play design/play calling did him no favors.
I think we need to start working Caden Durham into the rotation as well. Especially if we’re gonna keep running what we’re running.
I also think Markway was a bigger loss than we thought. Pimpton ain’t ready for us to run the ball out of 12 personnel.
