To be fair there have been fathers trying to get their sons names out there on here. I believe a pretty good OL from east ascensions dad posted about him on here and of course we all remember Mr. Moses. And more power to them to be honest. I agree with you that there's no need to be a dick about it. Truth is if he's good enough to get an LSU then he will.

Yall dont want Dads whos sons have D1 offers posting on here asking about their kid? Because of what? You think Brad Davis is going to get tricked into taking a D2 level left tackle because his Dad and TD recruiting board like his size and athleticism?

I agree, fact is the best way to get your son an offer is to go to football camps put on by colleges like LSU. I'm simply pointing out that it does happen from time to time. And joking about it is dumb as frick. This is a recruiting board ffs. I made a post about a player from Acadiana that wasn’t well known at all that ended up committing to Alabama but couldn’t get the grades necessary to go to college. His name is Walter Bob and Im not his father but if I were he wouldn't have sucked so bad at school and for damn sure wouldn't have committed to Alabama.
