Where in the quote you posted does he predict the start of a civil war after this November's election day?

Not if the blue states have the military.

I just cannot forsee the modern American military who take an oath to the constitution, using its assets against American citizens.

No states have the military. It's spread out throughout the US and inside of each state is mostly red with blue islands.

I am worried about democracy. In the past few years, there are new restrictions for absentee ballots, new obstacles for voter assistance, more onerous wait times, and more voter ID laws—and it usually affects minorities and the less privileged. Fake news. Lies. Propaganda. Distorting, falsifying, or even overturning. Stoking violence.

If they steal it and we do nothing we may as well put the shackles on ourselves.

Just imagining a bunch of Texas baws cornering some green haired Vermont kids saying “where’s your common sense gun laws now?”
If a civil war happens though, I think it will be more of, isolated instances here and there. We’re all too intertwined and scattered at the same time. It would be really cool if all my neighbors were on my side, but they’re probably not, I’m not going to war with my neighbors.

i agree that Texas and Louisiana couldnt "whip" the blue states, but they sure as hell could create an insurgency that would make the Viet Cong blush.
