Lee, born Felix Holmes Lee, helped LSU to the 1970 SEC championship as the starting quarterback who shared time with then sophomore Bert Jones. The Tigers finished 9-3 overall and 5-0 in SEC play and lost to Nebraska in the Orange Bowl, 17-12.(Passed away of ALZ Apr 16, 2015).

For all the talent on that 2011 defense, he was really the piece that kept it all together.

Hester by far. He was the embodiment of full out effort at all times. Went far beyond his perceived skill level and did it all with heart. Everything #18 is supposed to represent.
