Wasp spray will not touch a cow ant

Found one of those red SOB's running around my back stoop today. I was barefoot and preferred to fight from a distance so I shot him with flying wasp killer. NOTHING.
Gotta hit em good with something solid.
Also never going outside barefoot again ever.

I killed a tarantula with wasp spray and it died instantly. It took a while before I would go barefoot again though.

Never ever try to step on one wearing sandals, flip flops, Crocs, etc.

Ran across one in my yard the other day. Was a SOB to kill by crushing it. I’d never seen one before.

You’re obviously not using Bengal wasp & hornet killer in the green and yellow can. Cow ant would have twitched once or twice then locked up, over

You know it wouldn't have bothered you, right?

This works well on regular wasps.

Any wasp spray with pyrethroids should make short work of them. If you have a lot you need to get rid of get some Demon Max or Sylo which are Cypermethrin based and will take care of them, if you want an aerosol get Stryker.

You don't want to get stung by one of these. Not good. Wasn't there some YouTube clown that posted bite/sting videos?
ETA: Yeah, this clown

I did it yesterday. I had to whack him with a golf club too.

They're always in your yard, whether you see them or not. I've seen two this year running across my porch. They can cover some ground in a hurry.

Also, just so you know, pulling your pocket knife out and cutting it in half doesn’t mean the abdomen part won’t reflex and sting the living crap out of you if you pick it up.
