I will be playing The Bridges in Bay St. Louis on Friday. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have a gps device so you know how far away the hazards are. If it’s firm, miss short not long.

Plenty of water throughout the course.

Driver is too much club on a lot of holes.

LOL…All of these comments are 100% facts. I’ve never seen such agreement in a thread like this.

I played in June and thought the conditions were the best I’d ever seen there, greens included. I remember thinking this is the best conditioned course for the money I have played in a long time.

Just checked the dates again and it wasn't April, it was May 18. I was curious how they could have rebounded so quickly.

I'm not sure how long you've been playing there but pre-covid that course was in excellent shape. Even 2-3 years ago it was light years ahead of where it is today. I don't know where you're used to playing so I can't say how The Bridges compares to that but compared to what it was before the pandemic, it was in horrid shape in May.

We played it June 15th. It was like $55 and I thought the conditions were better than the two Diamondhead courses I played the day before for $100+ each.

I’ve played it a handful of times over the years.

Saying the greens were better than both Diamondhead courses is a bold statement. I’m headed over there in a few weeks. May have to play Bridges!

Let me know your thoughts if you play. I have a house in the area and haven’t heard great things about The Bridges. Would be convenient to play there if it’s in decent shape.

Bring lots of balls if you're not hitting it REALLY straight. Went on a golf trip recently and played most of the Biloxi/Gulfport courses. Hit up the Bridges on the way home and lost more balls there than the rest of the trip combined. Lots of hazards you can't see too...
