Condiments You Couldn't Live Without?

We all know it, or we are thinking it....huh this would taste better with so and so. From ketchup to mayo, or ranch to AOne sause... these seemingly boring condiments actually end up playing a huge roll in how we flavor our food. Imagine fries without ketchup? Hotdogs without mustard? I personally couldn't eat a proper steak without AOne sause....and yes some of you will say well if you cook your steak right it doesn't need Aone! Lol I beg to differ and I'm sure lots of other people would too. So people, what are some condiments you feel you couldn't deal without? What's your favorite foods that just aren't the same without that special condiment?

I have come to the realization that I like condiments, sauces, and dips as much as I like food.
The correct condiment can really elevate the food.

Mayo is the most important.
Stand alone, Id say mustard or hot sauce.

I'm the exact opposite... sure I like some on occasion, but think I could prob live without any of em... mustard is prob the only one I use on occasion...

Try eating better fries. A proper batch of fries should need nothing more than salt and pepper
Maybe a cajun seasoning if you’re feeling wild
Sugary tomato paste is for children

I was being petty and I'm sorry for that. Lol I asked the question I should be able to take the answers I get.

I love fries with a good homemade tartar sauce.

In Denmark, they don't think they have had fries without Mayo on them. I stopped in a fast food place in Copenhagen and had to ask for ketchup. The guy looked at me funny, but he pulled out a pack pf ketchup for me. I think he mumbled "Damn foreigner" when I turned around. The fries and burger were excellent though.

A1 or Heinz 57 on a hamburger steak but never on a real steak. Hot dog with mustard. Pickle relish in tuna salad or chicken salad sandwich. Fries with ketchup.

Years ago I went to some small burger place and they had ketchup in those small plastic containers that you had to tear the top off. I thought that the taste of that ketchup was very good. It also had a sweet taste to it. The brand name of the ketchup was Kraft and they don't sell it in the U.S. I was told that if I really wanted that ketchup I would have to go to Canada to buy it.
