Biden actually climbed up an empty plane. He thought he was getting on Air Force One.

I disagree with him a lot politically, although he's just a puppet, but I feel a little bit bad they are still wheeling him out there. He's clearly got dementia.

I can’t stand the guy but it possible he went in to thank the crew. He sounded pretty normal thanking the crowd when he got off the plane.
