Been seeing a lot of great flight deals dropping lately

Keep an eye out. Past 48 hours of so I have seen a lot of flash sale prices that were gone in a few hours.
MSY to Maui in November for 380ish
Flights to Finland, Poland, and Portugal for sub 500 (in January but still).
Looks like the flash sales are finally starting to become common again

Google flights randomly
Putting in dates here and there, looking at the map (some days during and after Thanksgiving and in January)
There are email things you can sign up like Going that will send you those deals too.
But I got these at random

There's quite a few free services that will email you flight deals, especially out of the major airports or certain hubs.

These rates to me are usually teaser rates to get you to look. Then you find out not many normal people are going to book a 30 hour each way flight to Maui.

This is around the time that we'll start to see some great fall deals. Once all the children go back to school, there's generally some good sales that show up since it's a lot more difficult for families to travel. I may actually start a Cheap airfare thread, it's been too long
