Clarification - the illegals aren't the ones voting. The Gap Toothed Mammy NGOs are requesting absentee ballots on behalf of the registered illegals and filling them out and having them mailed/dropped off by the ballot mules for cash/Visa gift cards.

Filling out a voter registration form isn't the same as being registered. Also, seems like some of them are telling the solicitor they are already registered just like I tell pest control door-to-door solicitors I already have pest control.
I'm sure this shite is going on in other states, but not in Georgia. Illegal immigrants in Georgia have no administrative path to cheat their way onto the voter rolls without actually stealing identities. It's not a simple thing. It's more than filling out a piece of paper in Georgia.

Norcross is essentially Little Mexico and Chamblee has been known as "Chambodia" for longer than I can remember. Lawrenceville has begun the decline as well. I finally decided to bail out and head out to Haralson County to MTG territory.

How can a registration form be filled out that doesn't result in the applicant becoming registered?
Specifically, Illegal Jose fills out the form, doesn't have a DL or SSN so requests a voter ID# be issued him. He uses his church for his mailing address. Does he become registered to vote? Not can he vote, but is he registered to vote?

And when those ballots are counted on election day they will pretend like they are doing signature verification while they keep GOP poll watchers 20' or more away...or they have a water main break to clear the building and count ballot with no one watching.
