Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak is the best steak in the city.

Bazaar Meat
meh... I've eaten at every JA restuarant in D.C. and this place just didn't live up to the price tag. Expected better for a Vegas location.

I love Piero’s.

We eat there pretty much every trip.

The ossobuco is off the charts!

I haven't been to any on your list, but from the ones I have been to:

Gordon Ramsay Burger has very legit burgers. Really great.

Guy Fieri's Flavor town has an extremely good trashcan nacho. One of the best nacho I've ever had.

Smith and Wollensky's has amazing steaks. Waygu strip I had there was like a religious experience.

The food court in Harrahs has a Thai noodle restaurant. I haven’t been to Vegas in three years, but it was some of the best Pad Thai I have ever eaten. In a food court of all places.

What's the best one to go to?
Going to DC tomorrow. Last trip I ate at Oyamel and Jaleo and American Eats. Want too do at least one of his places this weekend.
I'm solo so bar seating is good.

This seems to be the consensus. I've never heard anyone complain about it till this thread.

Momufuku is really good and worth it.
China Poblano (also in the Cosmopolitan) had great dim sum. It's a Mexican and Chinese Menu.
Best Friend at Park MGM is awesome.
Catch at Aria is a little pricey, but food was good.

Heard great things about this place. Menu looks good. Its wild what you can get away with in Vegas. His mexican street corn is $13.

I can make that at home for about $1.50 Don't get me wrong its fantastic but laughable being able to charge $13 for something like that.
