My split looks like this, wondering thoughts on this if it might be too much?. Most days I will perform 4 lifts total for 4 sets each.
Mon- chest / tri’s flat & incline
Tue- back / bi’s
Wed- Legs quad & hammy focus
Thu- Shoulder / Traps
Fri- chest / tri fly & decline
Sat - Back / Bi (lighter)
Sun - legs / delts (minus front) glute focus

Usually 3-4 but I think I’ll try your routine and frequency posted here to change things up. Interesting.

I do 6-7 but at the age of 63, I’m sure my goals and limitations are vastly different.

16 sets a day is not a lot, I assume that excludes warmups? What's your poundage volume each day?
I'd rather find a way to put it into 4 days a week, but that's just me. You can do pushups and pullups, air squats, etc on "light" days at home.

I did when I was younger. I now lift 3 days a week but I exercise 6 or 7 When I'm not at the gym it's usually running, 2-4 mile walks or 5 or 6 miles on my bike. I'm finding as I get older I need more time to recover from weight training. Did a "murph" (no vest) yesterday because I had too much coffee. My favorite weekend/home workout is a 5 pull up, 10 push up, 10 bw squat 15-20 minute emom. I haven't been able to run much the past few months since my knees are starting to suck.

I do crossfit at 5 am M-F, BJJ in the evenings M and W, and when the kids don't have rec soccer, Sat is 9 am CF and 11 am BJJ. Trying to incorporate more stretching everyday and some strongman lifts on Sundays. I want to be a yoked 164 lbs.
