The Women USSS Agents in the video need to do some self reflection.

If tweet fails to load, click here. My thoughts are as follows:
A person male or female can train and be put through as many simulations as possible to train for what happened on Saturday. However, you truly don’t know how your people or the agent, him or her, will actually behave under LIVE FIRE.
Under simulated training attacks, yes, you will tell yourself this is real. But in the back of your mind you know that the bullets are not live. Your breathing, heart rate, and adrenaline are not the same as if it were live fire.
Now, after watching the videos of these agents it is apparent that under Live Fire they leave something to be desired.
The heart rate, breathing, and adrenaline obviously show that they could not handle the real life situation.
Not really their fault as you don’t really know how you will react until happens.
Now, if the agents in these videos really cared about their protected they would do some self reflection and evaluate their performance by watching the videos of themselves at the time of the event. They would also really be doing some personal introspection to think about how they reacted during a training exercise and compare it to how they responded on Saturday.
Holstering and registering their gun etc is just one example of a sign that perhaps this may not be for me.
If they do an honest assessment then they will contact their supervisors and ask for a transfer away from frontline protection and into another branch of the USSS.

She looks lost and confused.
She should not be part of a security detail.

Agreed.
Definitely away from frontline protection detail.
There are other jobs the USSS does that they can be moved to.

If she had any self value, she would resign her position.

She is looking around, as if she is waiting for someone to give her directions.
The other operatives in the clip are moving with purpose.

You're missing the point. The establishment and the training regime or lack thereof is the entire fricking problem.

Charles Murray had a great quote in his news interview yesterday:
'We don't need diversity in the Secret Service any more than we need diversity in the NBA.'

I’m not missing anything.
They’re not enough training on the world that can simulate real live fire.
Until a person is under live fire you don’t really know what you have.
With these broads, I’m sure they “passed” training exercises- hell anyone can do that.
What I’m saying is that now that you have actual real concrete data of how the person performs under the real deal it’s time to get rid of those that obviously don’t have IT.

you're missing everything. they are not trained. they are not nearly trained extensively enough. their requirements are obviously short of counter parts.
I also think its possible that you can have a woman that's a bad arse and can do everything needed to a T. It's less about being women and more about the establishment and their lack of training and conformity of requirements.

NEVER send a woman to do a MANS job, and protecting the president is a man’s job not sorry ladies

I can’t disagree with most of your assessment. The SS performance, particularly not having that building/roof top secured, was generally piss poor.
My only disagreement is…
Definitely looks like some DEI hires, but IMO there’s no way you can evaluate this from the video.

Women in the Secret Service have much lower performance standards than men.
This is not rhetoric. Check it out for yourself. LINK
The same level of performance that would earn a woman (assuming they know the definition) an Excellent rating, would score as Poor or Very Poor for men. Men are held to MUCH higher standards than women in the SS.
Does this mean that the female head of the SS spent the better part of her career expecting to perform at a level lower than her predecessors?
She may have allowed a near assassination on a former President and current nominee for President, but…for a woman, that’s actually not too bad. We’ve been too hard on her.

The bigger issue is that some are not trainable. They don't have, and because of their stature can't ever have the ability to exert force in all situations they may be faced with that require force as a solution.
If all it takes is knowing how to handle a gun, then we should soon see Secret Service Agents who are wheelchair bound.
What you start with matters in how a trainee ends up.

Women shouldn't have any direct-action jobs in the USSS, FBI, law enforcement, CIA, or military. Aside from the lack of physical ability, they usually don't have the mentality to take decisive, violent action when the shite hits the fan.

That is the problem when you try to fill quotas/DEI. The person hired thinks they are the best person for the job. You arent changing their minds unless the actual bullet buzzed by their ears.
