What in the actual frick. It was too dangerous to have someone up there, so they secured the building from the INSIDE??? How about the thought that it would be TOO DANGEROUS, NOT to have someone up there.
How about having 2 people on the 2 corners of the building that were unexposed to the field??? This bitch needs to resign yesterday
