This could be close to accurate. As a high school kid in the 70s, I didn't know many people that hadn't at least tried marijuana or were currently smoking occasionally.

Yea if the graph represents people that smoked weed at least once, that would make sense. But I have a hard time believing that high of a percentage were "people who smoke weed"
