Question for y'all, Biden's campaign funds are in all probability in the hundreds of millions. From what I understand, should he drop out, the next DemoRat candidate will not have availability to the funds.
Where does that money go? I guarantee it won't be returned, my guess the big guy gets his cut.

He will begrudgingly donate a portion to the next Democrat Presidential candidate and down ballot candidates after he and Hunter embezzle/siphon off a good bit of it.

Watch for the Biden Charity Fund to be created and be infused with all the excess campaign funds.... then mysteriously liquidated and funds disappeared through dozens of accounts/organizations.

Sadly, he can.
In the latter case it would be subject to campaign finance limits. A Biden Foundation with massive salaries for cronies would be more effective for grift.
