Serious question about illegal immigrants voting.

My understanding is that an illegal immigrant can't vote in a federal election. Some states are intentionally making it easy for non citizens to register to vote. I understand that liberal states would be motivated to not enforce this to allow for cheating with mail in ballots.
If I'm understanding correctly, shouldn't states be forced to better screen potential voters?
How could lax states be forced to follow the law?

DOJ's Civil Rights Division should be all over this. It's disenfranchisement and it's a violation of civil rights. The Constitution and statutes make it clear that elections must be fair and trustworthy.

This is the kind of frickery that will unleash hell if Biden were to win despite being 10 points behind.
The election would have to go to the house.
Many of us know that our election systems are not credible.

Illegal aliens should be returned to their country of origin.
Illegal aliens who attempt to vote should be returned to their country of origin out of the back of a C17 at 30,000 feet. All those responsible for flooding the country with illegals in an attempt to steal an election should not be treated so gently.

They don't have to vote, register then to vote to counter the negative appearance when precincts report 120% of registered voters picked the D ticket.

Anything that causes confusion and occupies our election systems is a net win for Democrats. It’s obvious they do not want clarity and transparency in the election processes.

It all started with "motor voter" in the 90's. They made it law that when you get your license at the DMV, that they have to register you to vote. Democrats passed this law because their constituency is dumb and lazy and don't know how to register to vote otherwise.
The problem started when Cali began allowing illegals to get driver's licenses. Then numerous other states followed suit. Now to follow the letter of the law, you must register illegals to vote.

If I was Lara Tump I'd fork up the dough for fake Dem vote harvesting from illegals.
A significant portion I'd just have them complete ballots for DJT. They'll put whatever you pay them to put. If get caught, we'll, it's a fake DNC op for a reason.
The other portion I'd load them up in buses, vans, etc., again as a fake DNC op, and drop them off in the middle of nowhere.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is once an illegal or anyone is registered to vote a ballot can filled out in that persons name. Which is what the Dems do. Pre fill ballots with valid registered voters information for their candidate. Then on election day/night however many of those ballots needed is what they count.
That's why the voting precincts in the swing state counties were shut down in late hours with Trump ahead when reopened, Biden was ahead.
