Rode over the Old Bridge on a horse during Bicentennial Trail Ride

helluva party i was 12 going on 13
that day Entire neighborhood was out in the driveways food

As kids all we did was ride around the neighborhood eating the best food at the houses all that we got away with as much as we could get away with

the homemade explosives,,we had dads that were in Nam

yeah that was 4th of July that day 1976



I saw things

I was 7 years old at the time but do remember the festivities.

I remember talking to Nam vets who said they you know that we had to keep this place going right because otherwise what was their childhood worth

those bastards told horrible stories of what they went through and then treated like shite back in this Country,..

Same here. That movie was spot on. Every character in the movie was similar to someone I hung out with or knew.
What a great soundtrack we had for our lives back then.

We thought that these were the coolest things. We were third-graders though...
