Kent back to TAMU - not coming to LSU

Unfortunately, TAMU infielder Kaeden Kent (son of Jeff Kent, who played in the MLB) is headed back to Texas A&M, per TexAgs.

They saved 2m by hiring the hitting coach and had 10m raised for NIL so they money whipped every player to come back.

I just like dumb fans that set themselves up with dumb expectations. When Early convinced literally everyone to come back besides Kent, it should have been obvious Kent was going to join the party soon. That isn't Jay's fault.

Don't know about all that but they still have holes on the team right now for sure. How deep is the portal right now? They need at least 2 big bats out of it and that's if the draft is nice to us.

We ain’t paying like Aggies are
They also got three football players out of California which is unheard of for Aggies
Will see if the strategy works but lsu is not close to competing with Aggies or Texas with nil

So you're saying if Jones comes back we need 2 big bats still? I'd highly disagree.
1 we're definitely not done in the portal.
2 we've got some really good players already coming in, including guys who can hit for power

Is Braswell coming back? I'd expect him and Jones to be gone so yeah, I think they need 2 big bats. They're losing White too. Depth looks an issue as well. Catcher? SS?

Our fans get angry when people remove their name from transfer portal and return to their school. Apparently if that happens, it’s because the baseball coach in Baton Rouge should be fired.

LSU really needs some infielders, at some point during the last week or so, they had to have thought Kent was coming.
