This is big. It's likely already too late to remove Joe Biden from the ballot. WISCONSIN — It's already too late to remove Joe Biden from the ballot.
NEVADA—After tonight, the fourth Friday in June, it will be too late to remove Joe Biden.
GEORGIA—Only a few weeks remain before it will be too late to remove Biden from the ballot
. From DailyMail: The Heritage Oversight project has set their sights on three contentious swing states where they believe taking Biden off the Democratic ticket would not allow anyone else to replace him: Georgia, Nevada and Wisconsin. Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death. In Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballot after 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year or 'a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.' If Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election Georgia his name will remain on the ballot but no votes will be counted. In Texas, the two party's nominees have until the 74th day before the election to withdraw from the ballot. Some states, like South Carolina, do not allow candidates to withdraw for political reasons

They don't need to remove Brandon from the ballot
They don't need to replace him
Their play is making Ukraine part of NATO instigating WW3
not that that should interrupt "elections" but they will try it anyway

this news doesn't sound correct. if we had multiple candidates whom none reached majority delegates, then you have a contested Convention. *party ticket would be decided at the Convention, and still get on the ballot....
Each candidate who withdraws prior to a convention has their delegates become "free"...biden withdraws for 2024 race, we have a contested convention......

How can it be too late with neither candidate has officially been nominated?

Haven't looked at the other states, but Charlie Kirk is wrong about Wisconsin.

8.16 Partisan nominations.
(7) Nominees chosen at a national convention and under s. 8.18 (2) by each party entitled to a partisan primary ballot shall be the party's candidates for president, vice president and presidential electors. The state or national chairperson of each such party shall certify the names of the party's nominees for president and vice president to the commission no later than 5 p.m. on the first Tuesday in September preceding a presidential election. Each name shall be in one of the formats authorized in s. 7.08 (2) (a).

You would be incorrect, contested conventions do happen but the last one for the Democrat party was 44 years ago and 48 for Republicans. Since then, states have passed laws to maintain the status quo of two party rule

ex-senator Frank R. Lautenberg’s name will appear on the ballot instead of the Democratic Party’s nominee, Sen. Robert G. Torricelli, who resigned from the campaign not 51 but 35 days before the general election. Rationalizing its power grab, the state Court invoked “the public interest,” “the general intent of the election laws,” and “the two-party system” — terms that appear nowhere in the relevant statute. In short, by assuming legislative functions, the New Jersey court has made a mockery of the doctrine of separation of powers — a centerpiece of federal and state constitutions and a bulwark against governments that might otherwise abuse their citizens.

They have both been nominated. The convention is nothing more than a mere formality and fantasy for the goofballs who realize Joe is a horrible leader and candidate. The last real contested convention was 1952. The primaries and caucuses are the nominating process now no matter how much the Left wants to pretend it isn’t. The last candidate to essentially come out of “nowhere” was 1924, a century ago and that was only because no one had secured a majority which has nothing in common with today’s imagined scenario

If he doesnt voluntarily step down, they may 25th amendment him. That would bypass all of the ballot stuff im sure

SO suppose a candidate died in September, heaven forbid. There are no rules to allow a replacement?

State laws didn't stop the left from ignoring election laws last election

Like in New Jersey in 2002 after Bob Toricelli resigned after the deadline to replace him on the ballot? Frank Lautenberg was placed on the ballot and beat Doug Forrester when the latter should have won by default.
quote:
A federal criminal investigation into Torricelli was dropped in early 2002.[18][19] In the summer of 2002, however, Torricelli received a formal letter of admonishment from the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics following an investigation into his alleged receipt of improper gifts from campaign donor David Chang, who had pleaded guilty to violating federal election laws.[20][21][22] Torricelli apologized to voters for his behavior and delivered a speech in which he promised to take "'full personal responsibility'" for his actions. On September 30, 2002, Torricelli ended his 2002 re-election campaign after Republicans "successfully made the incumbent's ethics troubles -- stemming from illegal 1996 campaign donations and questionable gifts -- a campaign issue..."[20] Shortly thereafter, the New Jersey Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Democratic Party could legally replace Torricelli's name on the ballot with that of former U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg.[23][24]

Biden was going to lose all 3 of those states anyway
