You're probably not going to find a doctor that's just going to write you a script. You'll more than likely have to go through the process of being evaluated and diagnosed.

I can point you to a few good PCPs in BR.
You are going to have a hard time finding a doctor who just write it for you. They will likely doing a formal workup. Shouldn't be much, but they won't just write it will nilly.
