Just Stop Oil should now be reclassified as an international terrorist organization and anyone who is a part of it should go to fricking prison.
EDIT: Also isn’t breaking into an airport an extremely hardcore felony? Like I’m talking the Feds shoot you on sight levels of felony. I don’t know what the laws are in the UK are for this, but I’m pretty sure that’s a 20+ year offense in addition to defacing the jets.

I think they legally can be shot on a runway. I remember with the Terror Taxi bit from Jackass, the Feds told them they could do that stunt so long as they stay on a precise route, but if Danger Ehren got anywhere near the airport that they’d shoot him on sight, which also shows that Ehren is certainly the dumbest member of Jackass not thinking that remotely through.

It’s simpler than that: bad parents. They have a mom who was more interested in being their friend than their parent, and a dad who refused to parent and probably just worked. Looking at the Stansted Airport, and it’s a decent sized airport with several bars and restaurants. It’s not some bumfrick private airport that may have three planes come in a day. Those commie idiots deserved a Darwin Award for this and I think would have been shot on sight if they did that shite in America.
EDIT: That airport actually has around 23 million passengers passing through there every year, which is about the same as Nashville. Do you not think these people would immediately be shot if they tried doing that shite at the Nashville airport? Of course they would.
The terrorist leaders at the Just Stop Oil had to know that there was a 30% chance of them getting killed doing this, but they were fine with turning them into martyrs. I'm just confused as to what they think they are accomplishing? Its not like the world can just stop using fossil fuels over night. Its pretty engrained in our society and will take decades to transition away from. On top of that, society isn't gonna wake up and say "Hey, we better stop using fossil fuels so these guys stop ruining things with orange paint."
And finally, if they really wanted to make a difference, why not go tell China to quit polluting and using fossil fuels? The answer is because China would have them jailed and killed immediately. These cowards only stand for something when they know the consequences will be light.
