Every single scene this character is in has me laughing the hardest I’ve laughed in a very long time.
If he is not in an episode I am extremely disappointed.

One of my favorite TV characters of all time. Just an amazingly hilarious character.
I do think they strike a right balance with him to. Make him a large part of the story but I don't think they overdo him

Goggins is one of my favorite actors. He’s so damn funny and his delivery/mannerisms are top notch.
He was amazing in Vice Principals too
