Losing market share to Chinese companies subsidized by the CCP (with the goal of running American companies out of business) is hardly capitalism.

Globalism, yes, capitalism - no.

I remember my mom throwing Tubberware parties when I was a child. Now women throw sex toy parties. I miss the 80's,90's, early 2000's. It all started going downhill with Smart phones and Obama bring elected.

When all of their competition is producing at pennies on the dollar overseas, they can't stay in business manufacturing in the US. Other than the tariff talk, what would/could Trump have done to keep Tupperware in South Carolina?

Unions. You know, that left wing Dem thing. That's why jobs go to Mexico. It happened here in Shreveport when the AT@T plant shut down and moved to Mexico. That ATT union demanded that all their kids get college scholarships paid by ATT. They celebrated when they got it and then a year later they were all fired.

frick Biden for everything, but the story itself says it was already lagging and Covid killed its direct sale business model.

This is more Wal Mart and others fault. Selling that crappy Sterlite stuff because it was cheaper.

My complaint is that you are ignorant.

Free market capitalism is not what is causing Tupperware to move.

The fact you do not understand that is both frightening and sad.

Glad someone else understands the issue here. Manufacturing has been moving overseas for years.

Printing money that creates inflation while simultaneously paying people not to work isn’t “capitalism.”

Well, Obama certainly accelerated a trend but it hardly started during his term

This is irrelevant when considering this:

Bogged down by burdensome regulation , taxed to death , green bullshite of realizing toxins into the air , which prohibits production . Need I say more ? It’s not capitalism as to why they are leaving, it’s because the government are tyrants .
