Any chance that Ron DeSantis can harbor Trump in Florida and not allow extradition to NY should sentencing be more than just which it will be?

Does a President have to physically serve from DC?

The appeal process won't be over till after election day. Once Trump wins the Presidency this will all go away.

We live in the age of Zoom and Teams.

I wouldn’t see why.

Possibly yes if he's not who he presents himself to be. But I'm betting that he knows this shite can happen to him too in a heartbeat. All Republicans should be aware.

One state is not required to honor warrants in another state. And NY police cannot come to FL and make an arrest.

NY would have to request the US Marshall’s office to assist.

No. But you want to be able to grab wanted people from other states.

Besides, the US Marshall Service would just do it at the request of the DOJ.
