Felons are allowed to appear on federal ballots

Not the first time

They were trying to use insurrection as a disqualifier and that was struck down.

There is no way to keep him off now

No, we're all going to rally behind the Clemson Cumdump (Haley).

There will 100% be some states scrambling to pass a law that doesn't allow felons on the ballot. The only question will be if any of those are swing states

Yes and that's why this verdict doesn't matter.

If you want to have a laugh. Some of those states are the same states that intentionally passed laws saying felons could voted and felons can be on the ballot

That is unconstitutional and would be struck down unanimously by the supreme court.

Yes, there is nothing preventing him from running. They can’t stop him especially the Democrats.

it definitely could work in his favor. If anyone can turn it into a positive it’s Trump.

Yup. Even though he has zero chance of winning now, he'll still be on the ballot. He lacks the moral character to step aside and yield to someone who might be able to win. He'll continue on and burn it all down. If President Nero can't have it, no Republican can have it.

No law can supersede the Constitution of the United States which lays out the qualifications to run for president.

Trump can run as a felon he can run from federal prison or state prison.
