I’d take an alternative approach.
I’d ask her to meet face to face.
Immediately I would bring up the topic and when she responds I’d hold out my hand, open palmed, towards her and repeat multiple times, “Calm down.”

Can't really go wrong, but it's great when she says solutions because then I get to mansplain.
