That loss is on Jay

Ten left their pitcher in who’s doing well, we didn’t. Idiotic. Yes, I understand baseball. Regionals don’t start until 5 days from now.
Also, whoever is calling pitches is also at fault. Ulloa comes in and freezes maybe the best hitter in the country on 2 breaking balls, throws him a fastball and he ropes it to RF. Then one of their best hitters comes up and we call… 2 straight fastballs? Against a right handed hitter with a pitcher that has a hammer of a slider?
SEC tourney doesn’t mean everything. But this game could’ve been much different, and easily.

3 runs with nothing in bull pen is not on Jay. Some of the calls are very one sided and batters were not disciplined

i won't say anything bad about jay. he did a helluva job this year following last year and losing so much team leadership and clutch play.
we could get deep into the tournament this year. I don't think this loss will faze the team. in fact if we meet tenn in the tournament we'll beat their sorry asses.

Think your top 4 didn’t help. Thats ok because I’d rather lose with a game in front than the season over. These guys didn’t quit. I’m sure Tommy and company will be ready to hit the field Friday.
