SEC Announcers

Anyone else disgusted with SEC Channel play by play and color announcers? All about themselves, what they eat, mustaches, worthless dugout interviews while live action ongoing, everything except analysis of the game action. Even though its a couple seconds ahead couldn't stand it anymore last night had to turn down TV and turn up Chris Blair & Bill Francques on LSU Radio Network.

I listened in XM and they definitely sounded bored by all these great games.

Yeah, they're pretty bad. Wish Big Ben and Lyn were there. Lyn is calling the CUSA FWIW
Better be watching too if you're trying to listen to Blair. Yeeesh he's bad at baseball

Baseball has a LOT of dead air to fill. Particularly when a game lasts nearly 4 hours. Watch/listen to any MLB game. There will be a lot of banal chit-chat throughout.

Tues-Thurs they sat there literally all day through four games. Baseball games have a massive amount of dead time.
Is this the first time you have ever watched a college baseball game?

You couldn’t be more wrong. The only way last nights broadcast crew could have been better was if Big Ben had been with them.
