I'm talking about what a soul food restaurant with flies would have on the table or what somebody's grandma who's been cooking for 75 years would choose. Not the Whole Foods hipster just discovered hot sauce 5 years ago types of hot sauce.
I can't speak for other places in the south, but around this part of Georgia THIS is the triumvirate...

Crystal is almost same as Louisiana and I use interchangeably.
