We also should have been building more refineries and fewer wind/solar "farms".
Those wind farms will be part of the 'crazy house' displays of the kid's park in the future controlled by China/Russia/Iran.
Laughing stock for the rest of eternity.

That'll knock the price of oil down

Yo professor Numbnuts I have been in the oil and gas industry for 40 years. I have dealt with and been friends with geologists, geophysics, petrophiscist, and paleontologist. Was involved on the exploration and production side or upstream side.
Thanks to that line I read this in this guy's voice

We should be focusing on nuclear power for our energy needs.

I don’t care how many F350’s the oil Baws buy. Drill baby drill.

I mean, they'd frick Russia up in a conventional war. I hope you're not implying Russia has a claim.
How? By having one more aircraft carrier and less of everything else?
Head to head I just don't see it

I would imagine that the Aliens living in that secret underground base where the UFO's come from will not take kindly to people coming that close to them.
They might think the drill bit is an attempt to give 'em an anal probe.

Yeah, I wonder how many new refineries could have been built for all of the waste on "green" junk.

Russia will have no concens with environmental issues with drilling there.

This is supposed to be protected land, but my guess is democracy or communism is coming really fast in the freezing desert.
That’s going to be tough to extract and get to market. Russia has the ice breakers to get the oil out but the UK has the naval power to blockade the area and keep Russian ships out.

The population of the UK is not much bigger than Ukraine. Russia would beat them without significant help for the UK by the USA.

I gotta think the price all would have to get to 200$/barrels to make drilling and producing oil out of Antarctica economically feasible
If oil was $200/barrel we would need to go to Antarctica. Also if we used our abundant natural gas we could be completely independent.

Wouldn't be an attack on the UK, it would be an attack on NATO.
