No self respecting cajun would ever eat crawfish at a restaurant.

I grew up less than 10 miles from there and used to sell them crawfish. I can cook them better than any restaurant I've ever eaten at.

I'd have to experience it to believe it... I've been to literally hundreds of crawfish boils and other numerous restaurants that specialize in boiled crawfish, and for me, nothing comes close.

Hey Cheetahflex. You might want to drive to Madisonville and go to Coffee's Boiling Pot. Good crawfish(not like boiled at home) but a good place to order if your party wants to go out. Very cozy and real.

Hawks does do a good job for restaurant crawfish, but it's hard when you're cooking that many.

Ya'll care to shut up and send me a couple of sacks live on ice so I can boil my own up here in TN? At this point I would eat any restaurant crawfish just to have'em!

The best place in Slidell is Kenneys.

The best place in the New Orleans area: Dennis's Seafood.

it has been a long time since I have lived in NOLA.

On the West Bank, how are Sal's (Marrero), Perino's (Harvey), Salvo's (Belle Chasse)?

Hawks is a good spot but why go to a restaurant to get boiled crawfish? Having a boil and inviting everyone over for the social gathering of the week is what its all about.
