Just called out the "thugs" that are driving this trial and said "Those thugs include this judge"

Balls in your court judge, will you jail him?

Making the judge's balls shrink a bit every day.

I think what we are witnessing is someone who will not be intimidated by anyone including a judge when it comes to defending himself. Honestly, I don’t even think a few days in jail would shut him up. As soon as he was back out he’d being going right back at the judges throat again.

Doing exactly what he needs to do. Force the judge to jail him for this farce. That order can then immediately be appealed.

I have to admit, it’s probably the only thing he can do in this situation. The deck is stacked against and everyone expects a guilty verdict simply based on the location. Throwing him in jail for contempt isn’t much of a deterrent when you are going to throw him in there anyway.

Saw that he told the prosecution they need to keep Cohen in check and he needs to be quiet.

So you wait til the day before he testifies to tell him that.

I saw there is a pic of Cohen wearing a Trump behind bars shirt. Hopefully the defense pulls out the photo on cross next week and grills him on his hate and spite for the president.

He is absolutely daring them to do it.

It's an interesting political strategy.

Imagine jailing a political opponent on Rikers while trying to get a conviction on fraud charges with a key witness who can only offer stories of sex escapades and maintaining the facade of legitimacy and a non-politically motivated trial.

These people are clowning themselves in an epic fashion. And no matter what you think of Trump, he is forcing their hand. Either do nothing and be his beotch or jail him and prove his point.

I can't wait to read the first sub 60 IQ explanation of how this case is akchually legitimate and still has legs.

Even if he’s found guilty these charges are far from the level that would typically see any actual jail time. Particularly considering the perp’s lack of criminal history.

No jail time, federal probation. None of which will even come to fruition.

1,000,000,000 % behind POTUSDJT in his fight against this lawfare witch hunt.

That said, this 'trial' is so crooked that it is almost a foremost conclusion that he will be convicted.

Obviously it will be subsequently overturned on appeal but the scum anti-Americans don't even care about that.

All they really care about is getting a convict-perp-walk-hand-cuff-picture to wail about prior to November. They are counting on the uninformed and weak-kneed to blanch.

I think they're dead wrong but then again, no one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people...

I watched the whole thing. It brought back memories. The memories of a President who could give a 15 minute extemporaneous speech with no notes and be totally eloquent with no pauses or stumbling. I had forgotten that it can be done.

Can you believe it? This alone could be enough to declare a mistrial! The question on everyone's mind is, why isn't the GOP taking action to stop this? And where is Speaker Johnson in all of this? It's time to demand answers and hold people accountable for their actions.

We aren’t talking about some common street rat that they have zero problems giving probation and a slap on the wrist. They want Trump in jail, period. They have been trying for 8 solid years. If they can railroad him into a conviction with actual jail time, they are going to put him in a cell.

The GOPe doesn’t want him to be POTUS as much or more than the Dems.

Oh yeah. It all starts running together sometimes doesn’t it. Pardon me, state probation. Thanks for being right there on top of it. It’s good to know you’re there when needed.
