Right out of the gate when he is comparing Baltimore to San Francisco in the baseball interview montage gets me every time.

This opener is gold too

Great first season but the bit starts to decline over the next couple. Never watched past the Mexico season. Not even sure I finished that one.
Gotta disagree. Hilarious all the way through. If you stopped after Mexico you're missing out. You definitely missed out on peak Stevie. The last season Stevie is an absolute trip.

Been thru it twice.. Great series, you can't go wrong. Season 1 and 2 are my favorites but the rest is good as well.

So good. It went something like "New York. You mean Jew York? I thought the blacks were bad in Chicago, they ain't got nothing on the gays in San Francisco."
Definitely got some stuff you'll never hear anything remotely close to it on TV again.
—to Stevie, about the cost of raising a family:
"I have two white kids, dog. Straight up white kids. And I know they're a lot more fricking expensive to take care of than fricking four Mexicans."
—to Maria, about their impending move to the Lone Star State:
"Maria, you must be pretty happy though, huh? Texas has a fricking weather climate very similar to Mexico. Except it doesn't stink like fricking buttholes and donkeys."

One of my favorite lines. Whenever I see complaints about season 2, I think of this line and laugh.

Would love to watch this for the first time again. Saw it for the first time at spring break in college and we spent a whole night binging it laughing our asses off. Kenny and Stevie are one of the funniest duos in TV history

If you didn't make it to Don Johnson you need to go back and finish.

I don’t know what it is about the way the show is filmed or blocked or whatever but despite being so wild it also has a lot of closeness to it, you really feel close to the story and events. Just a rando thought about it.

Have you watched Vice Principles? McBride and Goggins are about as good. I don't know if it's as funny as Eastbound and Down, but it's close. And that's saying a lot. I've watched it at least three times as well.
