It's horrific to watch.
Pure bliss watching him with under 15 seconds left, down 2, drive to the paint, kick his leg out in no manner even remotely resembling a basketball move, falling to the floor like he's been shot with a crossbow when Dort tries to stay in front of him...then goes to the line and bricks the first free throw.
I mean do y’all enjoy this? Watch his eyes. He’s not even looking at he the room. He’s looking for Dort and how to initiate contact anyway possible, no matter what.

Every player does it, including SGA/Dort. But not every play.
Evidence continues to pour in tape after tape and Luka is a foul merchant - to use a phrase coined by Mavs fans.
I posted stats in this very thread about SGA/Luka comparisons.
Its embarrassing what Luka has become. No one on his own team will ever hold him accountable for his:
- foul searching every play
- flopping
- constant start to finish whining
- hero ball 3’s (less team ball)
Mavs fans have no legit response to the Luka whining so are trying to deflect. A few in this thread from last night admitted it - so this is not directed at them. But the ones in denial, likely no hope.
I’ve posted many examples of his flopping. And some are national folks seeing it and talking.
Luka is a great talent, but so were many. But he’s wasting it on being a big baby

And its hard to keep up how many national experts and pundits are slamming Luka for his foul flopping and whining.
I’m posting so much Luka because early on Mavs fans tried to twist the narrative and said SGA was a “foul merchant” Go watch that clip I posted of SGA post ups and you don’t see whining and flopping. Does he do it? Yes, all do. But again, its Luka doing it in almost every play in almost every game.

All the Luka fanboys have been posting all thread so I’m like the one man army to show how bad Luka is at whining and flopping.
It started off as Mavs fans actually calling SGA a FT merchant but I showed stats proving its Luka who is. But that wasn’t enough for the fanboys so I’m posting some Luka favorite flops. And the Mavs fans hate it because its true. So attack the poster instead of refute it. Thats where we’re at lol

Thats fair. But I’d argue his antics drop him to top 10. However, if he could stop flopping and whining he has ability to be one of if not the best player. I think the energy he expends trying to get fouls and then his defense lacks due to complaining vice getting back on defense, it hurts his team.
I also think if he complained less he’d get more calls. So for those reasons I have top 10. The problem is he’s had 6 years to change his ways and hasn’t - so I doubt he’ll change.
In a similar way Russ Westbrook went too wild in his early years. Too many bad shots and turnovers. Had Scotty Brooks taught him and even used strategic benching - he’d have been much better.
Coaches are afraid to teach star players because they have more say than coaches. Depending on the team most coaches can’t afford to challenge star players, else lose their job.
