Definitely the “possession” receiver in that corps.

The Dolphins have agreed to terms on a contract with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., a source confirmed to ESPN, adding a veteran presence to a position group looking for a third option.
The source said it's a one-year deal worth $3 million, with incentives that can push its max value to $8.25 million.
Definitely the “possession” receiver in that corps.

He's been on more teams than catches he had last season

He had 35 catches last season
Not spectacular but not terrible for a 3rd option
And Lamar Jackson isn't exactly airing it out

I can’t imagine his upside outweighs the late nights in the clubs with his teammates

They don’t have a window with Tua.

We drafted recievers w/ 4.3 and 4.4 speed, the slowest draft choice was 4.5 safety. I would rather they spend that $$$ on o-line. Love Obj but reciever room is stacked

Miami needs to reload on offense and keep reloading. Not sure it makes any difference with defense. Last season they had the highest-paid bunch of nonexistent dudes ever assembled to stop nobody.
