Read it yourself you lazy "conservative".
I’ve been reading it looking for the page and section where it says no more recounts.
Maybe you found it since you read it. Share the page number with us?

Sorry you are mad that GP lied to you.

Read the bill.

Same with him. Seems like he could point out where no more recounts will be allowed.
That’s weird though since the bill has many pages outlining recounts.
Very strange.
Don’t worry though. I do not expect that you can or will provide the page number where recounts are no more like GP told you.

I have been.
They have indeed struck out the word fraud and replaced it with error.
That appears to be the question.
I doubt that will hold up in court if the intent is to never investigate voter fraud. That’s seems dumb to never address fraud.
Could back fire big time. I am not familiar with their laws so I don’t know if there is another avenue to address fraud in Michigan. I would suspect there must be and if not that state is stupid.

He is lying. It's perfectly clear in the bill. The State Senator stated:
And it's right there in the bill.
quote:
SB603 Repeals current law that gives authority to bipartisan county Boards of Canvassers to investigate fraud and other wrongdoing including ballot tampering during recounts.
And it's right there in the bill.

That’s true. Sensationalized headlines are their thing. It works though.

Same crew banding together to convince the board of their conservative leaning while defending the left and bashing the right.
So you found it right RG? You matched up the words of the Senator and the bill. Right?

What page is that change on? I'm scanning it as well.

Are you saying GP doesn’t use click bait?

What section of the bill disallows recounts?
I had my exact same doubts about this because it's from gateway pundit but from my quick read of the bill, Recounts are still allowed but the bill does specifically amend their election law to say that a recount is not an investigation or audit into how the election was administered or even the qualifications of voters and that any petitions related to such must be rejected. It's on Page 9. LINK
quote:
A recount is not an investigation or an audit of the
conduct of an election, and a recount does not assess the
qualifications of electors participating in an election or the
manner in which ballots are applied for or issued to electors. If a
board of canvassers receives a petition to conduct an investigation
or an audit of the conduct of an election, a petition to assess the
qualifications of electors participating in an election or the
manner in which ballots are applied for or issued to electors, or a
petition to do anything other than conduct a recount as described
in subsection (2), the board of canvassers must deny that petition.

gOP better hire some big time cheaters.
The best cheaters will win.
Print those ballots and start signing them now And we will get 200 % turnout without any recounts.
Banana republic numbers.

Biden will be re-elected because of mail in balloting.
