Live? I don’t know what you could do short of hiring a driver with a couple of ice chests.
A couple years ago we drive our boiling rig and four sacks to Indiana to have a crawfish boil at my sister’s house and we just loaded up everything and drove it all there ourselves. Never thought about having it shipped by someone else.
Seriously, if you find out that there is a way to ship live crawfish, please come back here and let us know what you find out. I would love to ship some sacks myself if such a service was available.

There are multiple such companies that provide this service.
As another poster mentioned previously, LA Crawfish Co. is probably the biggest one. I’ve used them 3-4 times with great success.
LA Crawfish Co.

I haven't used them or any other company to ship, but they are very reputable and I always see this company recommended.

My buddy gets them shipped here to south FL from them and they are always really good. They had some best stop boudin included in the package as well.

You can have Tony shipping them straight for a price. Might be cheaper to ship them overnight through southwest cargo but I never tried it. I have bought the container from Tony and they will pack crawfish for flying before.

Cajun Grocer and LA Crawfish ship them live and boiled. I lot of places do.
I'm here in Illinois and used to be able to get them live, but can't anymore because they're considered a fricking invasive species now.
Like 13 states have this in place now. Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan etc won't let you get live crawfish. You can get a fricking tag or something but it's a money grab. It's already expensive enough getting them shipped.
