By far Mark Wahlberg's best performance. For most of the movie (outside of the "Gator" pimp flashbacks) Ferrel plays the straight guy and Wahlberg gets all the great lines and laughs.

Wahberg trying the same schtick with the family plan and the upcoming Union movie

it’s one of my favorite movies

I saw it 3 times in theatres.

Michael Keaton is so fricking funnny.

The Other Guys and The Goods might be the most underrated comedies of that era.

I think we were just so saturated with Will Ferrell / Adam McKay content by the time those movies came out, that they just didn’t get the same hype as Anchorman and Step Brothers. But they were every bit as good IMO.
