TTS is short for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome – a medical condition where a person suffers blood clots along with a low platelet count. Platelets typically help the blood to clot.

First they deny it. Then they admit it could be possible but super rare, just like every other vaccine. Then they admit it is happening but again, pretty rare.
Next it’s gonna be, “yea, this does happen more than the acceptable rates so we’re shelving it for now”.
Then it’ll be “we advise you to not take the jab”.

Not to be devil's advocate here, but there are serious side effects for just about everything pharma makes, even stuff like Tylenol. If it happens once in testing, they have to say it is a possible side effect. Them owning up to a an "exceedingly rare" side effect of blood clotting in court is a nothing burger.
Tylenol, for example, has caused clotting and heart attacks before. Myocardial infarction. It has caused death before. I still take Tylenol when I have a headache.
We can do this for just about any drug.

Usually they tell you those before you take it so you can make an informed decision. In this case they tell you years after it was forced on you with threat of job loss or removal from society.

Most of the drugs you see advertised on TV have been tested, re-tested, and tested again over years of animal and human trials before being given the green light by the FDA to be thrust onto the market.
How long were these Covid vaccines in development before being thrust onto a skeptical consumer base, with the threat of loss of livelihood if we didn't get it? Six months or so?

I think the issue in this case is that they were not told before hand AND in Europe (where this vaccine was used) they were essentially forced to get it.
You can read the insert regarding Tylenol’s side effects and choose not to take it.
AstraZeneca wasn’t used in the US, as far as I am aware.

Of the 5 million people who received this vaccine, there have been 30 reported cases of blood clots, as of March 2021. One case in Denmark was fatal.

Multiple countries, including Denmark, Norway, Germany, and France, initially paused the distribution of the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine as a precautionary response to initial reports of blood clots. On April 14, 2021, Denmark decided to stop the distribution of this vaccine entirely.
On April 15, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health recommended stopping the distribution of both the Oxford-AstraZeneca and Janssenvaccines in the country, due to the risk of blood clots.
Both Germany and France have resumed administering the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. However, the distribution may eventually halt altogether, as the EU has not renewed its order of Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine doses beyond June 2021.
