Do you believe presidential polls?

While I don’t always understand the polling methodologies, I tend to believe polls have some value in assessing where a candidate stands.
I tend to believe the blended polls especially.
Trump is currently up according to CNN poling but I know many here don’t believe CNN polling because it’s… CNN.
If you’re a believer, which polls do you favor and if you aren’t - why aren’t you?

Polls seem to generally skew towards democrats. When they are leaning towards the republican candidate, it either looks really bad for the democrats, or there is an ulterior motive.
In the end, I don't really pay much attention to polls in any tangible ways, but I find them interesting to look at.

Some polls are rigged esp. Democrat leaning polls.

This is more or less where I fall. Polls aren't completely worthless but they're pretty easy to manipulate, at least by a few points. A weighted pool of respondents, leading questions, even subtly leading questions that fall short of a full-on push poll... But if a poll says someone is up 10+ points they're probably up.

NO - the Dems already have millions of illegal ballots ready to go into the "swing states" ie all the major cities. Close to 100% of eligible voters (in some cities over 100% like in 2020) in Atlanta, Philly, Phoenix, etc. will "vote".
RINOs are in on it too. As long as you leave me in the mafia, allow me and my family to also fleece millions, I will turn a blind eye. It only took that POS Mike Johnson weeks to show his corrupt colors.

I believe them when they show my guy doing well.
I think they are trash when my guy is down.

Polls mean nothing and elections are rigged. Polls just sway the masses and gaslight them into believing the results of elections.
Just watch, closer we get to November, the polls will suddenly show a razor-thin margin with a slight edge to Biden. Then, very late (and highly suspect) results and ballot dumps will come in, in critical swing counties, and push Biden over the top.
They're already telling us they're going to steal the election again.

Not after 2016 and definitely not after 2020.

6 months out from the election? Not a chance. They are meaningless.
After Labor Day the polls will show a very general picture but overall they are media propaganda meant to incite one side or the other and are easily manipulated.
Basically they are useless.

in the 2022 midterms, most of them had a huge Republican landslide coming that November. Well, that certainly didn't happen.

Depends on how they are conducted.
In the old days, pollsters would call random landline numbers and talk to people. Now with cellphones, you see a number that is not on your contact list and you probably don' t answer. Or, you respond or don't respond to email or texts that indicate a poll is involved.
I don't think that this is as scientific as the old way.
