Odds of a 5th rounder being a difference maker are fairly slim. If they got someone that contributes day 1 in my mind it's a win. Problem is they really need a lot of wins.

This feels like an unscripted trade of opportunity. You are surprised that McKinstry is still out there. Realize (correctly) that he will be gone at 42, and make the call to move up and grab him.

PFF had him listed as their 5th best corner and #26 overall.
Nice pick. Especially if we're either trading Latt or letting Adebo walk after next season. An even better pick if we're doing both.
