The mere idea that only Biden benefited just isn't based in any statistical reality.
I would say Biden gaining 15 million more votes than Obama is a statistical anomaly in itself. And this considering Obama got 100% of the black vote.

They do. Also, two Federal investigations took place and no charges were filed.
The Prosecutor is not charging Federal Crimes...outside his jurisdiction.

Yes because Stormy broke the NDA and told the truth of what actually happened
I actually agree with you on some of your Trump posts, but you're becoming unglued over this bullshite "trial". Stormy lied when she released a statement saying she never had an affair with him, but now that she's changed her story to go against him she's telling the truth? She was also ordered to pay Trump $120,000 in legal fees for her fabricated defamation suit, but now she's telling the truth?

Only because of mail in voting. Same way Trump was able to garner more votes than any sitting President. Its not hard to understand that neither guy attains those numbers without The CARES Act.

None of my posts have a thing to do with the 'trial' because it is a bunch of bullshite. However, these things can all be true:
-Trump had sex with Stormy
-Trump lied about not having sex with Stormy
-Trump paid Stormy via a NDA (perfectly legal nobody has posted otherwise)
-Stormy lied in the 'letter' saying she did not have sex with nor any relationship/affair with Trump
-Stormy violates the NDA by telling the actual truth (nobody disputes that she did indeed violate the NDA)
My point is Trump could have avoided all of this by:
Admitting the affair with Daniels/McDougal
Not paying either of them or having them sign a NDA
Instead, in typical Trump fashion he lied about the affairs and has dug in regarding those lies. No, this isn't a crime and not what he is on trial for but had he told the truth from the outset he wouldn't even be in this situation. It would not exist.

What proof do you have that he lied?
The NDA?

Why don't Statutes of Limitation apply here, misdemeanor charges are well-past expired. But is SOL for the supposed felony not just 5yrs?
Because they're arguing it's linked to other crimes. It's explained in detail by another poster a page or 2 back

does this state case depend on proving violation of a federal statute, the Federal Election Campaign Act?
It can, and that's one angle, but I don't think the only exclusive angle. They're also arguing Cohen's crimes would be in furtherance of crimes that make it a felony.

OMB, mean tweets, being rich and an alpha and not having to suck the Deep State uniparty establishment dick and do their bidding like a little puppet.

They resurrected a misdemeanor financial statement misclassification (I guess that he should have had a separate Expense line item for "Porn star hush money") which was time barred and already ran out the statute of limitations. In order to do this they had to say it was done in the name of election tampering, which is a felony and not time barred. The problem is, in order to say he falsely wrote off an election expense they have to prove that it was even a qualifying election expense, which means he incurred the expense ONLY because he was running for office. You can write off a debate podium but you can't write off a business suit, for example. All he has to say is he didn't want Melania to find out.
That's the best I got.

47 million absentee Biden votes vs. 24 million Trump. Does Biden even get 50 million without mail in?

There's more than enough smoke out there that he did something with both Daniels and McDougal. You don't go through all the hoops he did for the NDA's otherwise. I seriously doubt Trump just gave them money just because. Its hard to believe a guy who handled the Access Hollywood tapes as well as he did by simply admitting he said it and that it was 'locker room' talk and it was a mistake could frick something like this up. He should have just nipped this in the bud from the start with something like "yes, I had an inappropriate affair it was a mistake" and you nor I would even be discussing this now it would be forgotten. Instead, he dug in on a lie which rarely ends well.

NDA’s aren’t against the law.

Here is the issue with your logic when making all these comparisons. Obama didn't have the luxury of mass mail in voting in 2008 election. I can assure you had there been Obama gets more than 69 million votes.
Comparing Obama to Biden isn't an apples to apples comparison based on that alone.
Its clear both Biden and Trump benefited from the mass mail in voting in regards to total numbers. They blew every previous record out of the water and the only reason was the mail in votes. Lets see what kind of turnout we get in November. I can assure you neither candidate is getting close to what they got in 2020. And there will be a reason for that. .

This has been posted multiple times. Nobody that I have seen in this thread has said such. You are preaching to choir.

You need to learn how to read. Where did I say it is against the law. I didn't. In fact read a few posts above that one I clearly stated it is NOT against the law. My point was had Trump just admitted the affair from the outset there is no reason to have an NDA which left a paper trail which lead to the questions about where the money came from for the payments etc.
Nowhere in that post you quoted did I say or even infer that NDA's are against the law.

Trump, Cohen, and Daniels all have the opportunity to testify under oath and tell the truth.
We’ll just have to wait until the end to see what happens.

All three are known liars. How are we to believe any of them at this point? Its not just Cohen and Daniels that have credibility issues its Trump as well he's not above telling some whoppers.
